Help me with stack?

should i stack recreate with jack3d or anabolic pump with jack3d for weight loss? I run 4miles 2x a week and lift weights 2x a week. Thanks guys!
 
Jack3d won't affect weight loss its a pre-workout energy drink, it will help your workouts thought. My suggestion is OxyElite Pro from USPlabs it helped me lose 17 pounds over the course of 6 weeks with solid diet and exercise granted some of it was muscle but im happy with it and it is a very good fat burner moreso then recreate. If possible id do Jack3d, OxyElite Pro, and Anabolic Pump that would yield good results, but in the end you also have to a solid well rounded diet and eat below maintence to lose weight its all about calories in/calories out if the calories out are less then calories in you will lose weight supplements just add a little touch.
 
I thought you cant take jack3d with oxyelite because of the caffeine and others stims combined? But would anabolic pump and oxyelite combined be better then jack3d and recreate?
 
Looking back yea Jack3d and OEP togethor probally isn't the best idea since they both have very heavy stims in them, Id rather see an OEP and Anabolic Pump stack then AP and Jack3d. Jack3d won't really effect much other then provide you with energy pre-workout which may help in some cases but maybe if you ran a OEP and Anabolic Pump stack and wanted to still take a pre-workout you can look into something like Ultima will provide you everything pre workout without stims.
 
I'd go with OEP, AP, and modern bcaa.

you can take OEP around your workout, similar timing as jacked.

take OEP as directed, take modern whenever necessary.

first thing in the morning and intra workout is where I would start.

I've been doing meals 4-5 hours apart with a scoop of modern in between
