back into my diet. The problem is I get bloated like hell, farting like crazy
and just don't feel right in my stomach.(never had any problem like that before)
It's been four days now...
Today I didn't drink milk but I eat cottage cheese and I was bloated again(been

LOL, that's what I thought you meant, but you never know. It sounds like with the absence of dairy in your diet for the last 4 months you have become lactose intolerant. Interesting, I've never heard of someone becoming lactose intolerant out of nowhere. I'm sure someone will have some experience with this though.

I hope I'm not, otherwise I'll be pissed! But I drink whey protein,

micellar protein and I'm fine. If you lactose intolerant you can't
use whey protein, right?

If it's Isolate you would be fine if you were lactose intolerant. My best guess would be your body is just adjusting to it, and you will be back to your old self again shortly. I have no data to base this on though.

I'd just cut back on some of the dairy for awhile. You probably just shocked your body.

cotton cheese...

....your prob sounds dairy related, and as suggested, maybe your body just isn't readjusted to milk products. Whey protein is largely lactose free, unless its crap. Other things in dairy can cause probs besides lactose, too. What is your cycle? The problem could be PH/PS related, of course, depending on what you're using.

How much were you consuming then and how much daily now? A sudden jump could cause it until the body gets used to it.

I might be wrong about milk, it can be sesathin from Avant Labs.

It's possible it's gone bad. New bottle I started couple days ago
tastes different and it's not oily. I drank cup of milk this morning
but forgot to take sesathin and I feel fine so far. I'll stop using
sesathin for next couple days, see what happens...

...let us know how that goes for you, but I have had the same problem with the "out of no where lactose intolerance thing"...can eat cheese and dairy products in limited quantities but can't drink milk (go figure?), really bloats me and gives me gas (all day long!). Strange thing is, grew up drinking milk with no problem

Get some lactase to rule out if you're intolerant or not

Didn't eat or drink any dairy products last 2 days and sent sesathinback to Avants. Still all fuckin' bloated and upset in my stomach.
No diarrea though. Some stomach infection maybe?

Man, I feel you. I have the same problem. Its called lactose intolerance. Try Lactaid. I get the vanilla wafer kind, but theres pill kinds too. You just eat one right before you drink milk and it makes it go down fine. Its the only way I can tolerate milk problems....oh the other option is lactose free milk. Its a little more expensive, but other than that it tastes fine and has all the nutrients thats in milk.

I used to drink a ton of milk for years then I stoped for a year. When I tried to drink it again I ran into the same problems. Nasty gas, bloated somach, and some nasty poop.
I slowly introduced milk back into my diet and my problems went away. I still cannot drink to much at a time though but at one cup at a time does not mess me up anymore.
