1. RE-FEED?

    O.K. I'm new to this site. As far as diet is concerned, I've been following the "body for life" diet.(eating six clean protien + carbs meals a day with 1 free day) If I "fall off the wagon" for awhile I do a low/no carb/keto diet for 2 to 3 weeks to get back on track. I keep reading about "re-feed days". Are you guys doing body opus(5 no-carb 2 anything days)? Fasting days? Anyone wanna give me a basic daily/weekly run down of your diet plan say for a dude 200 lbs.? Ready to try somthing different. Thanx

  2. I hate diet trends damnit find out what works beat for your body and stick to it. For myself my body does not like any type of complex carbohydrate therefore I only eat them when bulking. On a cut i stick to simple carbs such as fruits milk and veggies. For me my body handles fat and protein great. As for re feeds I do it about once every ten to fourteen days don't fall off the wagon be disciplined

  4. I eat paleo and do IF (Leangains) and I LOVE IT. Would def look into that.
