Am about 205 pounds with Excess Skin and Love Handles i used to play football in high school like that matters but i got injured gain a lot of weight in college and started hitting the gym lost some weight but i have this problem of excess skin and love handles i took a month and half gym for vacations but starting back motivated saturday..

What can i do to shred up for myself and the ladies for summer?
