Yes, this recipe uses tofu and NO you cant taste it! This low carb protein pudding is perfect for anyone following keto or any other low carb diet. It is sugar-free pudding that is bliss to your taste buds and rich in protein and antioxidants from the cocoa powder. The recipes makes 4-5 generous portions and can be kept in the fridge for dessert or a snack when your sweet tooth is calling! Feel free to explore with different flavors by adding cinnamon, peanut butter, peppermint, etc! Don’t forget to share your variations and the final result with us! =)

Ingredients:

14 oz Lite Firm tofu

1 Scoop Elite Whey Protein Powder

2 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa

3 Packets PureVia

1 tsp Coconut Extract

1/4 Cup Coconut Milk

1/4 tsp Salt



Directions:

1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor



2. Blend and serve! (I topped mine with a bit of crushed nuts)
