The others are for my lighter circuit days but I am doing a full body DC Style workout on Saturdays and I eat to grow. Sundays I have all my carbs in the morning for the family pancake day. I will have like 2 big whole wheat pancakes with sugar free syrup, then eat pretty low carb the rest of the day.
