| Get big or die trying | 2 cups skim milk, 1 cup oats, and 1-2 cups whey protein w/2 handfulls of ice. Great for pwo. Add some mpi, or casein in there for a non pwo shake. |

| Registered User | 2 scoops protein powder (~44g protein) 1/2 cup skim milk or 1/2 cup fruit nectar or 1 cup rasberry sherbert 1 banana 1 plum or 1/2 cup oats 7 strawberries 7 ice cubes No idea on total P, C or F content but it tastes great !!! |
