I am 5"11" 165. I have a decent amount of body fat, I'd describe myself as skinny fat. I'm picking up weights again but would like to lose the belly. Should I get rid of the fat first or is it possible to gain a decent amount of muscle while losing fat. If so, how should I eat as far as a calroie deficit or surplus, as well as carbs etc. Any info would help. Thanks.
