I'd like to start off by saying I don't eat meat. I do eat eggs and some kinds of fish, however. I'll admit, I don't completely know what I'm doing. That's why I'm here, and I'd truly appreciate any help.
I need to know what to eat specifically, how much am I eating, and what time. I think I should try a nutrition plan or something. On top of that, I will add workouts in my schedule. I wake up at 7 almost everyday to go to work and/or school and I get out around 5 or later. Sometimes I'm off around 10 pm. My schedule is pretty crazy this semester, but I'm willing to work around it to feel better than the best I've felt.
