  1. Cutting But Maintaining

    I have been bulking since Jan. I went from roughly 205-210 to 255 now. I do now know a lot about diet plans except people telling me when I was bulking to eat a lot of calories and protein. I am probably around 20% BF. I would like to get down to around 10%. I would just like to know what diet I should go with, what sups to take, and what kind of workout I should be doing. Any advice will help. Thanks!

  2. Look into Lean Gains -- I am doing it now, and have seen great great results already. It's so much more efficient time and effort-wise than any other eating plan I've tried. The latest article on the site is a good introduction to a lot of the philosophy behind it.
