I have been bulking since Jan. I went from roughly 205-210 to 255 now. I do now know a lot about diet plans except people telling me when I was bulking to eat a lot of calories and protein. I am probably around 20% BF. I would like to get down to around 10%. I would just like to know what diet I should go with, what sups to take, and what kind of workout I should be doing. Any advice will help. Thanks!
