Currently dieting.
230lbs @ 5'9", 20% bf and fat genes. If nutrition, training, and supplementation are on point, what is an estimate of how long it might take to reach my 10% bf goal?

Thanks!

I think naturally you could do it in around 8 months, and stay healthy, if you actually have everything in check.

I'd say with few mistakes(diet/training)around 4-5months with some hard work, just be sure not to eat to less and train to hard or your end up overtraining.(like i did)

Hum, 20% - 13/14% I would say, at your current weight, would be possible with 2 months. The last 3 - 4% is where it will get tricky. But I think we all kidna know that.

well if you 100% solid on your diet and cardio you ***should*** be able to lose 1% BF a wk. most people lose .5% each wk tho. so anywhere from 10-20wks depending on your self control.

I would take some need2slin with carb meals, green tea egcg & bcaa's in between meals, and shoot for 50/25/25 pro/carb/fat macro's
