I am trying to lose a bit of bodyfat, but this isn't really a full-on cut. Just some diet tweaking along with some clen and m5aa/m1,4add for a couple weeks (been on the m's for about 2 weeks, going to run 2 more with the clen).
The question I have pretains to fat intake while on a small cutter like this. What's a good ratio to shoot for or a good amount of fat (in grams) to take in per day? I am VERY carb sensitive-any more than about 100g in carbs per day and I blow up like a balloon. Currently I am 6'3", about 260, and at roughly 17% BF (down from 315@22% in the last ~6 mos). I do cardio in the AM, then train with weights in the PM, and do absolutely nothing in between. I am currently awaiting ankle reconstruction surgery, so other than working out, my lifestyle is pretty close to that of a housewife-laundry, cleaning, pretty sedentary. Thanks for the advice!
