I'm at 14-15% body fat and would like to get down 3-4%. CKD has worked for me in the past but it kills my energy levels, plus it's very hard for me stay on for more than three months at a time. I was wondering what if I just kept my diet clean, ate just maintenance calories, took ECA stack and did HIIT three times a week, would that be just as effective as the CKD + Low Instensity Steady State cardio?
