    I good diet plan rich in fiber is my one key. Then watching what I eat and what I get into my system is another one. Exercise plays a vital role too since our body needs exercise everyday.

    Hi magazinellkey,
    Some simple but effective ways to reduce weight.
    Break meals in 5/6 small meals,
    Do add raw food more in your diet plan,
    Drink 2 glass of water before every meal,
    Avoid soda,diet soda and beverages,
    Chew food well before swallowing,
    Do start any exercise or some physical work to lose weight quickly.
