Keep calories @ daily needs or at an increase + Increase workout intensity add cardio?
I personally cut cals because I hate cardio and only do it when absolutely necessary.
whats your stat and do you want to do this naturally?
Also cut calories and cardio post workout but watch out cause too much is bad and you'll lose too much muscle.
I'm on 100g of carbs/day...in other words, ATM, I am not a very happy person :/
