During competition prep I have issues with getting down just that little bit further. Mainly due to water weight and thick skin which makes me hold some extra wet weight.
Tilapia has been a long lasting standard method in dieting down because of its quick breakdown and help when dropping water. But what about other fish like salmon, flounder, haddock...etc?
Has anyone ever done some self-experiments or have any knowledge on this?
