hey everyone

i just ordered the triple crown stack today and I had some questions before i get it. Im 29, 5'11" 193 lbs not sure of bf%, but I can post up a couple pics when I get home. Im in the gym 4-5 days a week. My goals are to add some lbm while dropping some of the extra fat i still have. I used to weigh 270 and now that Im at a resonable weight id like to get some definition. Im also going on vaca in june so id also like to be in better shape for that too Any help on this is greatly appreciated esp in the nutrition/diet area.
