Not feeling sated? plz help

  1. Not feeling sated? plz help


    I am on a cutting cycle with 50mcg T3 and 250mg Test E a week.


    weight 180
    heigh 5'9
    bf 17%

    My diet is
    5 meals per day
    200 cal fat
    300 cal carb
    200 cal protein
    700 cal

    3500 cals per day
    I woudl typically eat whole wheat pasta, whole meal bread, skim milk, eggs. kanagroo meat (very lean, whey p[rotein , oranges.

    Now for teh VERY st5range part.

    I am not eat that few cals.
    Howeverm these 700 cal meals...do tno feel satiusfying. Last night I felt so....unsatsified (liek a feeling of tiredness and inability to concentrate) tjhat I had tpo go to macdonalds. I ordered a fillet o fish and a chicken burger (NOT the grill chicken breast). Only aftrer eating both, I felt more staified and my waist actually shrank the next mornnig.

    SO what is it about my diet that is so bad? I dont believe 3500 is that low. The burgers I ate were quite fat. WHat am I doing wrong?
