Hey guys I'm turning 30 in June and going to Hawaii for
a few weeks with friends and fam...
Awesome right? But I had knee reconstruction in July and
packed on lil weight... I want to get back down to single digit percent...
My diet has been under 100 grams complex carbs, with the exception pwo get 20 grams dextrose with muscle milk
Should I cut this out?
Also I cannot do too much HIT to shed fat because of the knee op...
Stims never did much for me in terms of fat loss either which

I currently do strength training and not worried about hypertrophy ATM... Just want to cut...
Protein is around 1g/lb bodyweight... Supps are fish oil, bcaas...
Was thinking of stacking lean xtreme, mmv2 0r 3, and hdrol at low doses to keep muscle...
Any help would be great!!! Never had problems staying lean but the inability to play ball 5 days a week has zapped my metabolism...
