    How's my diet... Hoping it's good haha


    7am. Protein shake (50 gram protein 30 carbs 5 fat)

    10am protein brownie. ( 1egg,1 scoop whey 24 protein, 1 tb peanut butter)

    12-1 whole wheat lunchmeat sandwich with water or energy drink or milk

    3-4 protein brownie again.

    7-8 usually chicken or meat or pork with veggies


    Post workout is simple just protein shake with a apple or orange or bannana

    Recomp mostly... I'm 205lbs at 5'10" at 16% bodyfat want to be 185 at 9-11% body fat.

    IMO, you really need to do some calculations (understand your RBMR etc) and measure your food before you eat. Understand the values of what you eat and how much your taking in or you'll lose muscle with the fat. I suggest you need more protein. And what are you eating after 8pm? Get a casein shake in you before bed.

    calories seem way 2 low,,
    not alot of fats in there ider,,

    Hi Machwon1,
    I found fish missing in your meal. Do add tuna fish in your diet plan.
    Cut energy drinks and add some nuts in your diet.
