    5'8, 220 pounds. i didnt want to mess with and eca stack or anything so my friend at my local nutrition store threw this sack together, i was just curious if i was missing something or way off with my choices.

    l-carnitine, 3-5grams a day
    gat jet fuel
    mrm ala, 300mg, used in the morning with carb meals

    would really appreciate any input but i dont want anything hormonal or with ephedrine, thanks
