Day in and day out, I wonder the same thing when I wake up should I eat before I work out? Will it increase what I can do? Will effect my initial weight loss? I.E burn more calories, and fat cells then not eating before cardio and lifting. Will the food interrupt the Cell Shock N'Sane from working and giving me energy?
I Look to the AM community for answers and ideas, and it seems people where I am at can't give two same answers. I ask so many questions in this forum because i know I will get No bullsh1t answers.
My bench now completely sucks, I wont even put it on here. and i always feel like i have a lack of energy, or it seems as I do. The N'Sane works for a bit but then I lose the focus, I don't know if its because i don't do a work out shake and just rely on the N'Sane, or what. Could someone please help...
I lost 70lbs on phentermine and walking alone. I no longer have the Phent, but now have a membership at a gym and a crap load of supplements lol. my goal is to be in the 200 to the 190 area. Im not looking to Bulk or clean bulk, Im looking to get lean, and create lean mass. I want to lose my body fat threw diet and exercise and gain muscle threw the same process. any ideas
