    Questions never answerd correctly...Help

Day in and day out, I wonder the same thing when I wake up should I eat before I work out? Will it increase what I can do? Will effect my initial weight loss? I.E burn more calories, and fat cells then not eating before cardio and lifting. Will the food interrupt the Cell Shock N'Sane from working and giving me energy?

I Look to the AM community for answers and ideas, and it seems people where I am at can't give two same answers. I ask so many questions in this forum because i know I will get No bullsh1t answers.

My bench now completely sucks, I wont even put it on here. and i always feel like i have a lack of energy, or it seems as I do. The N'Sane works for a bit but then I lose the focus, I don't know if its because i don't do a work out shake and just rely on the N'Sane, or what. Could someone please help...

I lost 70lbs on phentermine and walking alone. I no longer have the Phent, but now have a membership at a gym and a crap load of supplements lol. my goal is to be in the 200 to the 190 area. Im not looking to Bulk or clean bulk, Im looking to get lean, and create lean mass. I want to lose my body fat threw diet and exercise and gain muscle threw the same process. any ideas

Looking at your numbers, I would think you would look great at 220, but we all have different goals. The most important meal is your first meal. Wake up and eat to get your metabolism going. Stick to eating every three hours, starting when you first wake up.
list your diet and exercise routine so members can help reach your goal.

My diet isn't too bad, its my routine that suffers i believe.
    2 caps of lean core
    2 caps of detox-lgc
    1 multivitamin
    1 cap cyano
Morning 56g of whole wheat oats/26g of Milled flax Seed
2 pieces of whole wheat toast.
comes to about 60g of carbs, 300 calories

    right after the workout its
1 protein shake about 21/24g of protein pending on if i can slam lunch right then
lunch is normally 4oz chicken product skinless boneless never breaded always baked or grilled
I'll ad natures greens with some v8, as i can't eat vegetables, I will and do gag and puke off them.
some whole long grain rice. maybe 27g of sweet potato fries
    1 cap cyano
    2 caps lean core
snacks are normally shakes, or low fat yogurt, or fruits least i try, but most times i cut them up in the shakes.

    Dinner is normally 530-6.
chicken, or steak, lil rice, or some small carbs, after that its no carbs.
ill have a 21g protein shake about 7 or 9pm,

My workout is horrid as it has no structure at all. ZERO, i try to get every thing in for each chest tri, back bi etc. but no set way, it sucks.

pre workout is N'sane, and today is the first time eating before going to the gym and taking the Nsane. As i stated before i lost all of that weight off eating better and just walking. why can't i do it with the gym.

I'm sorry for my bad grammar, my finger is broken.

If you don't already, add 20-30 minutes of cardio at the end of your workout. HIIT or hi intensity interval training works great for burning fat.

What is your rep and set ranges like? How about rest times? This all can factor in to aiding your weight loss.
