  1. Gettin Back and Cutting Back

    Well I'm going to be returning home from Afghanistan pretty soon and I'm looking to get rid of the excess fat I've gained.

    Problem-The food here sucks to say the least. It's so bad that the only thing I can hold down most nights is a burger and fries. And when they do have somehting edible it's usually fried or soaked in greese. So needless to say I've put more than a couple pounds on. Plus my job involves being in a truck for most of my time so my activity level overall is pretty low compared to back home. I've kept in the gym 5-6 days a week but I've still gained quite a bit.

    My Plan- When I get back home I'll get back to eating normal. (minus the first week or so which will be mostly welcome back parties ie. crappy food and beers) After that's all over with and my diet and training is back on track I'm planing on a steady cut till I can see abbs again.

    I currently have acces and experience with e/c/a and clen.

    My question is in the past year I've been doing a lot of reading and am thinking I might try to find some DNP and give it a try.

    If I can get ahold of DNP I'll be running it something like this.

    Days 1-4 100mg 2x a day
    Days 4-14 200mg 2x a day
    Along with e/c/a @ 25/200/81 3x a day for energy and appaitite surpression
    Days 15-20 Clen @ 50mcg 2x a day
    Days 21-28 Clen @ 50mch 3x a day

    If I can't get a hold of any DNP I'll just run e/c/a for 2 weeks followed by Clen for 2 weeks.

    Obviously I'll have my diet and training and drink plenty of water and no booze.

    So what do you think?

  2. Forgot to mention I'm 23 6'2" between 215-220

  3. Skip the DNP. Risk/reward isn't worth it unless you really know what you are doing and have total control of your schedule. Redeployment isn't a good time for that.

  4. Thanks for the reply. When I get back I have 90 days off so I have complete control of my schedule and figured it would be the best time.
