Hello everyone, been lurking on this forum for a while and finally decided to post. Thank you to all of you for making this such an awesome website and resource. My goal in life right now is a 6 pack and I am truly grateful to anyone who would be willing to help me.
I've been overweight since I was 7 years old. I weight lifted on and off since high school but haven't truly taken fitness seriously since the past year and a half or so.
I am currently 26.5 years old, 5'10 (Technically 5'10.5) and I weigh 185 when I first wake up, 195 later in the day.
I used to weigh between 220-230. In the last few months I've completely cleaned up my diet and I am now a vegan. However, the last month I lost a lot of muscle mass from my arms and chest and now eat Eggs because I guess I wasn't eating enough protein. My diet consists of various fruits, vegetables, and nuts...and eggs of course.
In the gym I lift like a monster. I lift at high intensity for about an hour. Then I stretch and do yoga for about 30 minutes. My cardio routines vary. Sometimes I'll do an hour of moderate intensity, sometimes 20 minutes of high intensity, sometimes 20 minutes of low intensity, etc...
Supplements; I am not shy. I'm currently taking Animal pak multivitamin as well as hemo-rage pre-workout. In the past year I've taken everything from whey to prohormones like H drol and M drol.
My goal is to get a 6 pack in time for this summer and I will do anything. I have a bottle of anavar on deck but I really don't want to resort to using it because last time I did it gave me crazy mood swings and acne...even when I took it in low doses...by low doses I mean 5 mg's a day low. (The pills are 10 mg's and I'd break them in half)
I know a lot of you guys are absolute geniuses out there and can give a lot of advice just based on the look of some one's body so my goal with this post is to benefit from all of your expertise. I am just extremely desperate to have a 6 pack in time for summer and any advice you guys can give me that is unique to my body and my personal goals is much appreciated.
I had my body fat % taken a few weeks ago by a personal trainer at my gym with the plastic clamps and he said I'm at 15%. How much wore weight do you guys think I need to lose to get a ripped 6 pack? 20 pounds? All I care about is a 6 pack. I don't care if I lose muscle from other body parts any more.
