Any suggestions for appetite suppresant

Does anyone recommend or know of anything prodcuts that helps curb or suppresses appetite? I do not believe in apple cider vinegar as I use to work at a local *** store years ago. The only thing to ever help curb my appetite was ephedra sadly no longer available. I have so much trouble with appetite. I have trained myself latley to do smaller portions, but I am still having some trouble always feeling the urge to eat.
