diet plan for two week UA cutting cycle

stats:
male - 30yrs old
173.5 lbs
5'9"
16.3% BF

according the calculator at http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/calrmr.php , my rmr is 1,900cal/day. using the rest of the formula found on this board (.5 activity factor, .1 thermo food factor) i get 3,135cals/day for maintanence.

diet will be as close to 2,400 cals/day as I can get, giving me a 600 cal/day deficit.

cardio will be 45 minutes (moderate level) 6 days a week. weight training 2 days a week, upper/lower body split.

UA will start at lowest dose and increase from there.

Diet is as follows and will be strictly adhered to:

Overall, it seems pretty solid. I would replace that banana maybe with an apple, a little higher fibre:carb ratio in the apple. Not bad though. If you feel your progress slowing, I might add another day of two of weights per week to jack you metabolism a bit. Good luck bro.
