Anyone got a good receipe for making a good quality, low GI, low fat MRP using all the whey protein blend?

I ordered from them a bit ago but I think a protein closer to an MRP would be better and I don't feel like paying the prices that a trueprotein or BSL have.

Could I simply use a 50/50 blend of ATW blend powder and egg powder? Would this work, you think?

Obviously I am looking to slow down digestion so I get maxium protein absorbation.

Thanks!

A 50/50 whey/egg combined with some oats would make a good mrp. I prefer to throw some casein or milk isolate in there, but if you want to keep costs down, your idea will work well.

I use 38g of ground oats & 50g of a whey/casein/egg blend. I use the all the whey orange, & the other stuff unflavored. Tastes great.

I use:

1/2 cup cooked oats
2 scoops ATW (any flavor)
30g lowfat milk powder
1/4 cup wheat germ

Toss in 2 tablespoons natty peanut butter for healthy fats, you're golden.. Want more protein? Toss in either 4 raw eggwhites, or 1/2 cup eggwhites from the carton, fat-free goodness.. :)

protein in eggs doesn't become available until heat is applied to it.
