2 Weeks on diet, not a single lb lost?
Okay, guys I'm fed up with keto diets and a diet that will work for me is one which I can stick to. One where I can eat everything in moderation.
Stats:
Age 18
Height 5' 9"
Weight 185
Bodyfat 22-24%
My Diet:
Breakfast - 4eggs + 2 Bread
Lunch - 7 oz Tuna + lettuce/cucumbers
Pre Workout - 1 scoop whey
Post Workout - 1 scoop whey
Dinner - 1 lb chicken + 1/2 cup rice + lettuce/cucumbers
I came to 1500 calories, 211 g Protein, 70g Carbs, 35g Fat.
Exercise:
Cardio 4x a week @45 minutes burning 500-650 calories.
Lift 3x a week.

i cut out bread from my life personally when cutting, except once or twice rarely,
also eat more often, 5 meals a day to 6 meals a day keep your metabolism going
throw in some snacks in the middle of meals, like almonds, bananas, whatever floats your boat, but try and keep the principle of eating every 2/2.5 hours
and be patient man, weight loss takes time

You don't need to follow a keto diet to successfully lose fat. And a diet should never be a "diet", but a lifestyle nutrition plan that you can adapt and change to suit your goal at the time.
You're NOT eating ENOUGH, honestly - I lose fat on at least TWICE that many calories. If you make your caloric intake TOO low, your body will fight you to hold onto the fat.
I recommend reading The 3 Keys to Fat Loss for comprehensive advice and information re nutrition and training for effective and successful fat loss, and follow the principles outlines there!
Otherwise, the best option is to get yourself a trainer who can and will individualize your nutrition and training for you to get the results you want.
