Many people like to do a weekly refeed. That would be one carb up meal a week.
It depends though bro. Play around with carbs and see how you respond.

I run keto for 14 days, carb on the 15 then every 7th day after that. Remember carb ups are not cheats keep your carbs limited to veggies and oats (low gi) and you will reap better results.

This is the beginning of my second week and i have been strict as hell. Should i carb up this week or hold on for another week?

I don't know about keto speficly but I like the weekly carb up on my low carb diets. You can probably go longer if you'd at a higher BF but as you get sub 15% carb ups need to be regular. If your like sub 12% than you really need a weekly refeed.
Again though I don't know abot keto diets since I don do them

Some people actually propose crap loading or skip loading which is high fat high salt and works amazing for bodybuilders who can handle it aka not super endos.
