Ok here goes....

12 week programme. I am 2 weeks in and feeling pretty ****ty. See if you can help me out.

Firstly my stats are 185lbs with about 11% bodyfat 6 foot tall. I am looking to shift down to 7-8%.

Supps for 12 week programme

ECA stack weeks 1-8
Hdrol 50/50/75/75/100/100 weeks 2-8
Multi
Fish oils

At the moment I have dropped 2lbs in 2 weeks, which is perfect. Only problem is I am feeling very tired when it comes to working out. Strength is going down and feel very lethargic. I think its because the ECA tends to wear off about the same time and I have a crash. Do you think I need to add some post work out carbs?

Add the ECA in a little closer to your workout if you want. Depending on your protein shakes (are they low carb?), you may be on a low carb/keto type diet. If so, a tired feeling is a common side to that type of diet.

Yeah they are very low carb. Pure Protein by USN.

Thinking of upping the ECA dosage to 2 a day one in the morning and one before training.
