I can't really help, but you mention you were on oep, and now on it again, but stacking it... how long did you take it before, did you break after the first time and starting this new stack. Just curious, might help some future questions people have.

Yeah I was on it for three weeks and half weeks but I saw that it wasn't helping anymore so I stopped and by the time my order got here there was a good weeks and half to two weeks brake.

If you've been dieting for a long time, your body will naturally slow its metabolism to compensate for the lack of calories. You need to take at least a two week break every few months. Also, keep in mind that as you lose your metabolism slows anyway because you are lighter than you were before, you might be overestimating your basal metabolic rate, and eating at or above maintenance instead of below it.

^^^This^^^Also your body gets used to the same thing over a period of time and it's good to throw in a refeed once a week.

The same thing happens to me when I cut. Research calorie and carb cycling via AM search feature or the net. Definitely incorporate a cheat meal into your diet.

If your working out intensity is on point, then this should not be a problem. I do 4 weeks of intense working out (hiit, high volume, tri-set, drop set, etc..) then a week or two of light cardio, **** load of stretching, light reps, sauna, etc... Your body isnt use to taking super supplements, and it will work with even the fact if your sitting on the couch, but anabolics like that make your rebound worse...way worse. I would first learn how to workout intensily than add that horse crap of your choice and watch your body transform. Alway challenge yourself, pause and break, and go back at it.
