If your working out intensity is on point, then this should not be a problem. I do 4 weeks of intense working out (hiit, high volume, tri-set, drop set, etc..) then a week or two of light cardio, **** load of stretching, light reps, sauna, etc... Your body isnt use to taking super supplements, and it will work with even the fact if your sitting on the couch, but anabolics like that make your rebound worse...way worse. I would first learn how to workout intensily than add that horse crap of your choice and watch your body transform. Alway challenge yourself, pause and break, and go back at it.
