ITS TIME!!! to cut again

Alright time to cut up a little bit after running a recomp that i turned into a lean bulk and put on a few extra pounds of bf that i now need to get rid of.. Plan on doing an 8 week cut, currently at 190 lbs around 12% bf..

Supplements will be
BC+EAA
Beta-Alanine
Creatine Mono
Multi
Vit C,D,E
Fish oil
cissus
Recompadrol
P-Slin
Psyllium Husk
E + C + AT2 + 6Bromo (added after 1st 4 weeks)
may throw some CLA in there, got a bottle sitting around

Workouts will be Full body/HIIT Sat,Mon,Wed and emphasize on abs/lagging muscles/HIIT Fri..

and now the most important thing
Diet, I used keto on my last cut going to try a different route with this one considering keto damn near killed me.. :sombrero:

Workout Days (Sat,Mon,Wed,Fri)

1 recompadrol

Breakfast
2 whole eggs
4 egg whites
3/4 cup oats
1/4 cup blue berries
1 cup almond milk
1 scoop protein (for flavor on oats)

Snack
8 oz Tuna/Chicken
1 cup romaine lettuce
1 cup spinach
1 tbsp EVOO

Lunch
8 oz Chicken
1 cup romaine lettuce
1 cup spinach
1/4 cup almonds

1 p-slin
Pre-Workout
1 cup oats
1.5 scoop whey

1 recompadrol
Post Workout
1 scoop kwik carb
1/2 cup oats
2 scoops whey

Diner
8 oz Red meat
1 cup broccoli

Pre-Bed
1 scoop casein
2 cups almond milk


Off Days (Sun,Tue,Thu)

1 recompadrol
Breakfast
2 whole eggs
4 egg whites
1 cup oats
1/4 cup blue berries
1 cup almond milk

1 cup romaine lettuce
1 cup bell pepper/spinach
1 cup brown rice/fruit

Snack
1.5 Scoops Whey
1 cup almond milk
1/4 cup almonds

Diner
8 oz Chicken/Turkey(cooked in evoo)
1 cup broccoli

Pre-Bed
1 scoop casein
2 cups almond milk

ok, reworked to only getting carbs for breakfast, pre, and post.. If i dont shred up on this im going to be pissed..

Wow that is very thorough, looks REALLY solid. Because its so good I cant really help you but i was hoping you could help me, how do you measure your meats and veggies? Also how do you prepare your meats?

Use to use a digital weight scale for meats, now i can just eye ball it and pretty much tell how many oz it is, as for veggies just use measuring cups.. Prepare my meats fried in EVOO most of the time.. either that or fry with a non stick no calorie spray then marinate in EVOO afterwords..

Zodiiac, your diet looks eerily similar to mine and I was just throwing some stuff together after using different diets for a while. I have been doing the diet for about a month and so far I've lost about a pound a week. I have plenty of energy which is nice, not like some low carb stuff I've done. Let me know how it goes!

Will do man, i am shooting for 1-2 lbs a week, that makes my target weight at about 175, really going more off of mirror results than weight though, but setting goals makes things easier..

zodiac, for increased fat burning on off days take 1 cap recompadrol before each meal (6 meals) or just add in 2 pre bred with BCAAs
