What veggies do you eat and how do you eat them?

  1. What veggies do you eat and how do you eat them?


    I usually just have lettuce,onions,cucumbers with a beef burger or lettuce/onions with an egg omelet sandwich.


    As you can see I need some more.

  3. I throw onions on or in anything I can. I also enjoy sliced zucchini, corn and carrots. Sliced tomato with a slice of fresh mozzarella with alittle bit of oregano is good too.

  5. Broccoli even though i dont like it, mostly beans and peas and carrots.

  6. broccoli cut up in a bowl then cheddar cheese on top microwave for 2.5 mins. yum yum

  7. Birds Eye steamable florets FTW!!!!!! Munch those up straight out the bag woot! I dont get to creative on the veggies sorry

  8. 1/3 can "mixed veggies"
    1/3 can "Popeye spinach"
    5 oz of fresh grapes
    5.375 oz (ground beef/ground pork) mix

    I will do something like that or switch the meats over to 2 packs of the of fresh chicken of the sea tuna (in oil), keeps the macros the same

    40g carb
    40g protein
    20g fat
    500 calories
    1 very complete balanced meal....

    Very healthy and filling, taste isn't bad either

  9. all vegetables, i've recently in the last 8 months fallen in love with spinach, i hate tomatoes, i was never able to eat them, the slime and stuff from them is disgusting to me even though i'll eat anything else made from tomatoe sauce, if they are cut small enough i've been eating them anyway

  10. About 1 lb of broccoli every day in either Thai noodles or Thai fried rice rice
    2-3 oz of carrots
    Green Onions, Jalapenos, Limes/Lemons for flavor


    And corn is not a vegetable; it's a grain...

  11. Romaine lettuce or spinach salad w/ a vinegaratte or oil/vinegar OR Steamed Broccoli.

    bell peppers (green/red) most days
    green beans most days

    Right you are on the corn. Anything with seeds(cucumbers, tomatos, squash,peppers, etc) are fruits. Onions, carrots, potato,radich, etc are roots. Most of what we call vegetables really are not.

    Man....I could eat at your house anytime. What you typed is 60% of my food intake for a week. Add some chicken, fish and occasionally beef. And a little rice and pasta on cheat days.
