    I swear at some point I read an article about the health benefits of raw cocoa beans. There were many benefits.

    I'm eating these chocolates called xocai my girlfriend got me on my sd/epi cycle for the blood pressure, pro biotics for digestion, anti oxidants for god knows what lol, and for the lipid help. These chocolates are supposedly raw cacao chocolate so they are ridiculously healthy. Taste pretty good too. As a support supp, I love them.

    Amount Per Serving / Teneur par portion
    Calories / Calories 170
    Calories from Fat / Calories des lipides 100

    * % Daily Value (DV) / % valeur quotidienne

    Fat / lipides 11g • 17%*
    Saturated / saturés 7g • 34%
    Trans / trans 0g
    Cholesterol / Cholestérol 0mg • 0%
    Sodium / Sodium 15mg • 1%
    Carbohydrate / Glucides 16g • 5%
    Fiber / Fibres 3g • 12%
    Sugars / Sucres 11g
    Protein / Protéines 2g

    This is for 3 squares. It's recommended to eat 3 a day. Not bad at all with the sugar. Good saturated fats. The stuff is a killer support supp. 15 300 ORAC.. I think that's how they measure anti oxidants or some crap I wasn't listening to my gf lol.

    She was also gonna give me ones with fish oil in them (you can't taste it) lol. But I was dosing fish oil so high I went with the probiotic ones for digestion help with the amount of protein I'm eating.
