diet critique please?

okay so tommorow will be the end of 6 weeks on my 9 week cutting diet. through weeks 1-3 i had been cutting on 2400 weighing 170 at 14% bf and i saw some decrease in body fat % and then i started halodrol-50 during weeks 4-9 im running it at 50/75/100/100/100/100. ive gained 5 lbs since then and have seen a very small decrease in body fat which i am very disapointed with mostly because i even dropped my calories down to 2300 with the same ratio of 35/45/20 (p/c/f). this is not my first cut and im really wondering what the hell is going on cause im hardly losing anything especially around the waist :[ muscle hardness and vascularity have increased though so thats a plus! basically what i need is someone with more experience cutting/using prohormones while cutting to check out my diet

here it is on a workout day
meal 1 10:30 (PWO) : orange, 1 cup of skim milk(80) 1 cup of slow cooked oats(130)= (210)

meal 2 12:30 (postWO): 1 scoop of pro complex whey(130), blueberries, 4 slices of wheat multigrain bread (200), 2 egg whites(60)=(390)

meal 3 3:00: 1 serving of peanuts(160), 1 chicken breast(110), 1 cup of oats(130), 1 cup skim milk (80), 1 cup of broccoli =(480)

meal 4 6:00: 2 eggs(140), 1 egg white(30), 2 servings of go lean oats(300), orange (470)

meal 5 8:00: blue berries, 1 chicken breast(110), 1 serving of peanuts(160), 2 whole wheat multi grain bread(200) (470)

meal 6 (pre bed) : 1 scoop of pro complex whey, 2 cups of skim milk, (290)

all adds up to approx. 2300 calories per day. please someone help me out in making sure im doing this right cause i CANNOT seem to lose this little gut i got while bulking! thanks alot. any other advice will be greatly appreciated.
