Am I eating enough?

  1. Am I eating enough?


    I am 5'11" and 208. I eat about 2000 calories a day. My diet is fairly tight.

    Breakfast is a few granola bars (i know, i know this is bad)

    Lunch: Grilled chicken sandwich...plain or turkey/cheese on wheat

    Dinner: Grilled Salmon or Chicken and salad or veges

    In between snack is a granola bar.......


  2. I'd say no, but then again I don't know what works for you.

    unless those granola bars are awfully high calories, I don't see 2000 cals there. The diet is also weighted a bit heavy towards carbs which isn't optimal for fat loss.
