? about modified CKD

So Ive run CKD before with great results. I now work 24 hour shifts so the typical monday thru friday weight routine wont work. Im looking for some help on how to lay out my workout rotation. Staying on diet isnt a problem because I can bring food to work. Also would it be a good idea to run 2 workouts a day on my off days?

I typically don follow the ckd workout plan to strictly anyways. I would just shift your carb up and depletion workouts to what ever day fits your schedule. Make the carb day a work day since you can't workout that day anyhow. Then the next day you are off so hit the post carb up workout.
