If anyone out there has used either one of these diets I would like to hear from you! If you know of any similar diets that have worked well for gradually reducing fat while providing enough nutrients for muscle gain, let me know!
The anabolic diet worked well for me. I was planning to go back on it to lean out for the summer. The first two weeks are hell and you'll feel like crap. Make sure you start out on the maintenance phase and keep your calories high for the first few weeks or you'll feel worse.
I think the ABC diet has been refuted or some of it. I do think there are anabolic benefits to over eating as the diet suggests though.
