benadryl vs zyrtec

Ok so I started taking albuterol 4 mg 3x/ day. Been on for a little over a week and lost 8lbs. Soon I will start taking benadryl to help cleanse my receptors. I already take zyrtec every night for allergies. Do I still need the benadryl? Any help appreciated. Thanks.

I'd discontinue the zyrtec while you are taking the benadryl. You'll be blocking too much histamine. Restart the zyrtec once you have finished taking the benadryl for the alotted time. Be aware of drowsiness.
