Alright so i am deployed and have just been trying to gain weight and size. I am up to 218, 220. I am about to run out of my testo booster and that is when i am gonna start my month of shredding before i go home.
My plan is not to change my workout but to just change the reps.
I do 10, 8 , 6, 4 right now and am gonna go up to 15 to 20 reps for each exercise.
I am also adding more abs and more cardio into my daily workout. I do 4 on 1 off.
My diet will consist of minimal carbs and lots of chicken and meats.
Any critiques on anything is appreciated I am trying to get this shred month perfect
