I am responsible for cooking a week's worth of dinners for one of our pro MMA fighters that needs to get from 186 to 171lbs in a week. He has already dropped around 15-20 lbs this last week and a half and is struggling with his diet for the remaining 15 pounds. If anyone knows of good veggies that I could pair with lean proteins please let me know. I am interested in veggies that are not going to bulk him at all (including water weight). Lentils are also a possible option.

Any other advice would be great...but please only respond if you have actually had experience with cutting this amount of weight for an athletic event and succeeded. I can't afford to feed him anything that will put any amount of weight on his frame.
