Ok guys, this is the start of my cut.
I am going for a body comp analysis on Thursday so I know where I'm starting from
I got my diet planned out 2000cal/day (40:40:20)
Got some whey, BCAAs, creatine, caffiene, CLA
Got a 7 day workout plan with 3 days heavy lifting and a load of HIIT & circuits and stuff.
Gonna run this for 4 weeks then check progress & re-evaluate, might throw some ECA in possibly some kind of test booster when I have some money!
Not looking forward to the 6am circuit training bit - but I hope to keep as much of my hard earned muscle and get good and shredded for the summer.
