My new diet

Just started my new diet. i know this isnt the anabolics thread but i thought i would re-post my cycle anyway just for more information. im 5'11", 255, 20% body fat, trying to reduce as much body fat as possible without sacrificing muscle. I need someone to critic my diet. any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The breakdown of my diet is 2096/73.72/129.28/232.87 (cal/fat/carb/protein)

Week 1-14 Test Cyp 500mg
Week 1-14 Arimidex .25 eod
Week 1-6 Anadrol 50mg ed
Week 14-17 Nolvadex 20mg ed

Supps: Fish Oil, NOexplode, Milk thistle, Recreate

Diet:

7:00 A.M.
2 glasses of ice cold water as soon as i get up( to get the metabolism going)

Meal 1: 7:30 A.M.
1 Recreate
1 Milk Thistle
3 Fish Oil
5 hard-boiled eggs
1 banana
1.5 cups of milk

Meal 2: 10:00 A.M.
2 oranges

Meal 3: 12:00 A.M.
1 Milk Thistle
1 Recreate
3 Fish Oil
Chicken breast
1 banana

Meal 4: 3:00 P.M.
Protein Shake

Meal 5: 5:30 P.M.
Chicken Breast

Pre-Workout 7:00 P.M.
2 scoops NOexplode

Post-Workout 8:15 P.M.
Protein shake

so you're taking gear that's typically used for bulking while cutting? and you're taking gear to lose BF?

It always makes me a little uneasy when I see someone using AAS to assist in muscle preservation during a body-fat loss phase - when their diet looks less than optimal. You are eating clean foods it seems but your calories are too low and your protein intake is too low as well. In your case aim for closer to 300g protein, and look into cycling your carbs. Simply speaking - consume more carbs on days that you train and fewer carbs on days that you don't. That should get you started in the right direction. If you want some help PM me brother
