I'm 5'4 and 115 lbs female.
My workouts mostly consist of cardio. I run at least 5 days a week-some days ill run on incline, HIIT, or steady pace for 5 miles. I'm tryin to loose the extra jiggle around my tummy and arms...
I'm still new to weight lifting, but since I last posted, I added some weight training to my workouts. I alternate between the pushing and pulling weight machines. I do 3 sets of 12 reps per exercise, and rest 30 seconds between each set. It only takes me 15- 20 minutes to finish lifting weights. Is that enough to tone my muscles?
I really enjoy running- its my time to focus on myself and forget stress, but do I need to cut back my running and lift more weights? Like I said, it only takes about 15-20 mins to do my weight lifting exercises,do I need to lift weights longer?
Any suggestions help. THanks
