12 week cut stack

Im getting ready to do a 12 week cut and might actually log it. Diet and exercise is already planned out and in execution. I got some advice from a pretty smart friend of mine about what supps I should take this time around. Before I get into it I thought I'd present my stack to you guys and let you critic it, or at least get your input.

All 12 weeks:
L- Carnitine- 1500m/day
CLA- 3750mg/ day

weeks 1-6:
USPlabs OxyELITE Pro

weeks 7-12:
VPX Meltdown

What do you guys think?

i have an MiR vest(pro cut) it works good. i used it last year. im just seeing how lean i can get this year. 2008 was 8% bf, i used nitro t3, methyl ripped hard core, and aminovol with a decent diet. 2009 was 14% body fat using no supps or strict diets. this year ive already stepped up to a real diet for my lean body mass, doing HIIT and steady state cardio. why are you against supps? i figure if i can get down low enough this year it might light a fire under my ass to try and compete next year..

salava29 has much to be proud ofsalava29 has much to be proud of

You could up the l carnitine dose to maybe 2.5-3 grams. Not to sure about the CLA have read mixed reviews, some say it has no affect, but again everybody is different. You could thro some ReCreate in th mix... another good USP product.. great for appetie suppression. Other than that i would do your cardio first thing in the am on an empty stomach (sip some BCAAs during) Good luck bro

Don't think CLA really does anything. OEP looks interesting though. I would say run ECA for the first month, then OEP, RPN DCP.

i dont really have any appetite problems.. i seem to have my self mentally prepped (eye on the prize) haha.. i planned on doing the morning cardio in the last 8 weeks of the cut, just to spare a little muscle. i have bcaa's, multi's, arginine, creatine(will discontinue the last 4-5 weeks), and protien on top of the stack i listed above. thanks for the input on upping the carnitine.. ill look into it..
