    UD 2.0 refeed and T3

i plan on ramping up to 75mcg of T3 while on UD 2.0. my question is, should i take zero t3 on my refeeds ( thurs to friday night ) or lower the dose? or do you think it will help with partitioning on that day?
For me, the action IS the juice.

keep your dose at 75-100mcg during the refeed. I definitely wouldn't drop the t3, I like consistency with t3.

Not sure how t3 would help with partitioning.

T3 should help insulin sensitivity, at least in theory.
