after months of debating to try the cyclical ketogenic diet, i have decided to do it. i started the diet monday and so far i'm impressed that i've been able to follow it all.

my stats are 5'9 198 lbs. my lean body mass is 168 and not long ago i got a body fat analysis and it was 14.2%

supplements are 3xcla, 3x eca stack, 10g creatine a day, 10g glutamine a day, CJI's insuload(prewrkout), daily vitamins and 20 beef liver tabs from universal, and an n.o. pill form from bio rythme.
here is my diet from sunday to monday.

6:30 am
3 whole eggs
½ cup cottage cheese
2 tbsp heavy whipping cream

Fat: 30 Protein: 39 carbs: 5

9:30
3 eggs
3 sausage links

Fat: 27 Protein: 34 Carbs:2

12:30
4 oz ground beef
1 cup broccoli
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cheese slice
1 tbsp mayonnaise

Fat: 50 protein: 24 carbs: 5

3:30
4 oz chicken breast
2 tbsp ranch
½ shredded cheese
Total
Fat: 35 Protein: 31 carbs: 2

Post workout
it was suggested to me to take one scoop of malodextrin with one scoop of protein. carbs are 57 and protein is 20.

8:00
6 oz bison
1 cup asparagus
2 tbsp olive oil
½ cup shredded cheese
Total
Fat: 55 Protein: 32 carbs: 6
Total Fat: 197 grams Protein: 160 grams carbs: 20grams
Total Calories: 1773 calories 640 calories 80 calories
Total: 2493 Calories a day


i'll post my workouts later. i have noticed my strength has dropped a bit but from what i hear is that it's normal. i'm excited to start the refeed tomorrow. i'll be running my refeed from 6pm friday to midnight saturday. any tips on the refeed would be greatly appreciated.
