at one point i was 200 lbs.. i cut down to about 180.. and seemed to lose little fat...i bulked back up to 190 and it seems it was little muscle.. i take things slow.. i dont know what my problem is... but enough of that... i'm currently 188 and i would like to see single digit BF.... i would like to do it by mid march and then start on a very slow bulk that will hopefully not require me to have to cut again for a good 6 months... here are pics.. just taken at 5 pm... right after a PWO meal of chicken and brown rice.. i worked legs.. so i have ZERO pump in my upper body.. is this goal attainable? i will post diet after pics.. holidays were a bitch on my workouts.. so i'm looking pretty flat.. especially in the shoulders
