so i know you cant really choose where you want the fat to come off, but i feel like my lower back and belly carry almost alll of it. anything else i can do to move this along quicker? its just tough seein my shoulders, arms and chest get smaller but still this Fingggggggggggg belly.

    Thanks in advance.

  2. so 58 people have viewed this, and no one had one thing to say?? cmon guys help

  3. This is very common in men because most of the alpha-2 receptors are located in this area (along with the chest). I've found that carb cycling along with HIIT and Alpha Burn help to speed up this process.

thanks for the reply man. I've got my diet and cardio down pretty solid, ive lost 6 lbs in 2 weeks, but i feel like the bellly hasnt moved a bit. I've never really tried a fat burner. Can I just take alpha burn by itself or should i stack it with something else? Any sides from Alpha?

    thanks in advance

If your nutrition and training are on target re fat loss for you, then all you can do is wait. It's NOT going to happen overnight (usually I do not notice the fat go from those areas (yes, I lose fat last the same areas as men) until I have been attempting fat loss for ~8 weeks, regardless of nutrition). Nothing is really going to "move this along quicker" than your body is prepared to lose it. If you are already relatively lean and only have 1-2% bodyfat to lose then a topical may help.

Rodja is correct with HIIT and carbohydrate/calorie cycling as being the best method IMO for fat loss (if all else is right).

Make sure that you're lifting as well. Lifting hard and heavy. RESISTANCE training is MORE important than cardio re fat loss. The weight loss you experienced may have just been water and glycogen loss, which would explain why you do not feel as if you have made any changes re look.

If your nutrition is right and you're not already within a few % bodyfat of your goal body composition, then you don't need a fat burner.

AlphaBurn CAN be used standalone or stacked with something else...There are no "sides" per se. However, some individuals may experience stimulant effects.

  6. Measure your waist each week around the belly button, its hard to notice fat loss from your problem areas visually, reason being losing a cm of fat around say your ribs would be a lot more noticeable than around your hips and belly so the change in body shape is a very slow process.

I'm finding that it's taking time and dedication. That's about it. I eat at a caloric deficit and exercise. I take pictures of my body every other week and line em up to see if I am making progress since the scale lies and I can't seem to use a tape measure and get accurate, precise measurements.

One thing that's also helped is I bulked for a month then went back on my cut. Once back on my cut I dropped a significant amount of BF and added lean muscle mass.

  8. Here in the country, people are taking Orlistat (two brands currently sell it in the country: Xenical and Lesofat). It's a pill that can help you burn fat faster, especially around your problem areas. Some of my friends have tried it, and I have seen very good results. If you have it there, you might want to try it.
