Finally got my hands on ECA stack

    FINALLY!

I had to go Athens (Greece), where I'm staying at currently, to get some. A professional bodybuilder got me 60 tablets of ECA Stack Extreme and made out a diet and work schedule, as well as the dosage (starting off at one tablet per day for the first 15 days, then seeing if 2 per day is warranted according to the results).

He feels confident that my 15% body-fat can be reduced to 13% within 4 weeks.

So with this in mind, I will be posting updates on a weekly basis (later today after my weigh in I will write down my starting point). Hopefully I can take some before and after photos)

    Wish me luck guys!

Ok, so I've been on it for 4 days now, taking 2 a day (1 in the morning as an appetite suppressant around 8am and 1 before my workout around 4pm) and I want to ask people a question.

I have been having INTENSE nightmares every single night. Like REALLY INTENSE! Basically imagine Hostel and Saw-like violence played over-and-over again in my brain.

Just curious if anyone else got intense dreaming (not necessarily nightmares).

Lol, that sucks man. I can't answer your question directly, but I know sometimes I get recurring dreams and sometimes recurring nightmares for several nights in a row, for no real obvious reason. If it doesn't relent soon it is quite possibly from the stack, otherwise it may just be a coincedence, a very timely coincedence.

    PS Don't kill anyone.

I'm guessing it's from the (expected) elevated hear-rate that has my brain on constant alert during my sleep. The particulars of the nightmares are in all probability because I watch far too many horror films.

I wonder what would happen if I watched 2-3 hours of porn before I went to sleep? Although I always felt that dreaming of sex is a tease. You feel all fired up and then wake up just to be disappointed.

Why don't I ever dream of sex when I am in a relationship??? It would makes things so much easier...

I'm on my 6th day today, but my appetite does not seem to be reducing itself.

I have breakfast around 7am when I wake up, lunch around 1pm and dinner around 6pm, and a light snack (sometimes) if I feel hungry before I hit the sack at 11pm.

My breakfast is a bowl of corn-flakes with a sliced apple and 2 spoonfuls of honey, filled with low-fat milk.

Lunch and dinner are 150gr of brown rice (or alternatively whole grain pasta, no sauce) and 200gr of fresh chicken breast.

My night-time snack is a low-fat yogurt with a teaspoon of honey.

This is the diet the bodybuilder put me on.

I take my first ECA pill around 8 (after my breakfast as I don't feel comfortable taking one on an empty stomach), and my second one around 3.30-4pm just before I workout.

I do weights Monday-Wednesday-Friday, and cardio and abs Tuesday-Thursday-Saturday. Sunday is my day off where I'll only take one pill after breakfast, and can slip in a slice of bread or two, with some cheese or regular pasta.

Should I be expecting to still feel hungry? I thought the pills acted as an appetite suppressant as well as an advanced metabolic instigator.

Your bodybuilder friend doesn't know jack if that's the diet plan he gave you. No wonder you are hungry, you are eating like a third grader. The only protein is from 1 serving of chicken a day. And then sugar before bed. Drop the corn flakes, the honey and yogurt. All carbs. And quit taking advice from "the bodybuilder".

Ok, and what should I replace it with? I expressed some reservations about the carb intake to him and he said he wanted to put me on fast absorbed carbs rather than slow burning carbs like brown bread.

I've tried a no-carb, high protein diet in the past, and I felt just as hungry on it as I do now.

I think I'll weigh myself today before my cardio workout, see if I've lost any weight in these last 6 days. I was 82 kg (180lbs), hopefully I'll be around 80.

add in scoops of whey around night time and breakfast. just two shakes a day can add 100g of protein. also, replace the corn flakes with kashi honey flax cereal ( tastes awesome, has a buncha fiber and is filling) if you can find it in the uk.

the rest of the diet is fine . i would just eat the yogurt earlier in the day or not at all. if you want a snack eat peanut butter ...maybe on whole wheat toast . certainly not sugary yogurt mixed with sugar.

also take fish oil......and if you have the money cla.
For me, the action IS the juice.

Well, I weighed myself yesterday and I had indeed lost 2kgs (4,5lbs). That's rather good for a week's dieting and cardio, unless of course it was all the ECA stack.

Anyway, based on people's suggestions here I'm going to mix up my diet for the second week, hopefully I will lose weight just as fast but not feel hungry all the time.

I'll do away with the corn-flakes, honey and yogurt, and instead substitute them with a nice greek salad for breakfast. Tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, feta cheese (i checked, little to no carbs, only fat) and extra virgin olive oil (after all, I am in Greece), and maybe 1 or 2 slices of brown bread to go with it.

In the meantime I'll stick with the brown rice and fresh chicken breast twice a day and also try and get some beef mince-meat in there once a day as well, just to cure my cravings. I've read that the iron in red meat helps sustain you for a lot longer than white meat.

Does anyone have any suggestions about this plan? Does it sound about right in dietary terms?

Ok, how about if I have 100gr of mince-meat 2 hour after my breakfast? Would that work?

Breakfast at 8am, snack at 10am, lunch at 1pm, dinner at 6pm, salad again before sleep around 9pm.

I realise I'm probably eating more than should (calorie wise) but I just can't function otherwise. I get WAY too hungry during the day and can't get my mind off it.

Right lads, I'm on day 10 and my appetite has not subsided in any way. I'm still feeling hungry and without any sugar for these 10 days I'm finding myself dreaming of a massive ice-cream sundae!

I calculated my calorie intake for the last 4 days and it's extremely too much. I'm at roughly 3,200 a day when I should be at half that. I might be in a position to bulk up (seeing how it is winter now anyway), but as far as getting ripped, I can safely say that's out of the question.

I haven't weighed myself since Tuesday, at which point I was 4,5lbs lighter than what I was when I started the stack, but I changed my diet since then.

I'm increasingly starting to believe that I have indeed been duped by the person who sold me the stack. I'm guessing he just gave me caffeine pills (they certainly smell potent enough).

Thanks for the reassuring mate. I was nearly convinced that i had been conned. The reason why i got in Greece, is because I am in Greece right now.

When I was back in the UK, the only guy I found who claimed to sell ECA never came through for me. I must have rung him 20 times and texted him at least another so many, yet he never obliged me. I'm guessing that he had some fears about me seeing how it was a university gym I met him in and I was part of the law school, so maybe he was afraid I would report him or something.

In fact, this other guy who worked there, who was my size 4 years ago, bulked up to literally twice my size in less than 6 months (and I mean B-I-G!!!), when I asked him about ECA stack he gave me this really evil look, told me to not take any kind of supplement and through me out of his office. I guess I must look like a narc or something!

Anyway, I weighed myself again today before my cardio, and I have lost another 3,5lbs since my last weigh-in 5 days ago, totaling my progress at 8lbs in 10 days. I hope it can continue over the next like this for at least another 10 days, after which I'm pretty sure that when I reach 74kg I will hit my usual brick wall.

Can anyone recommend the daily intake of carbs? I read online that maintenance should be around 250gr, so is 150 about right? Or should I go even lower, like 100-120?

LOL 2% BF over 16 weeks?

i think if i had progress that slow i would give up very very quickly.

most people think you can lose 2% a month and retain nearly 100% muscle.
